How to make them receptive to whatever it is you're selling – be it a new product to expand your market share, an additional service your company can now offer clients, a money-spinning idea that'll grab everybody’s attention at the next sales meeting, or motivating a reorganisation within your division.

Whether you are selling tangible products or intangible services and messages, the presentation process is the same. It's a skill based on techniques you can learn.

Dutch or English
Although I'm British, Dutch is the working language for the seminars and training courses as well as the majority of my publications. These books and articles all relate in one way or another to developing the skills you need to give perfect presentations. Sometimes, however, clients find it advantageous to have the presentations, seminars and workshops conducted English. As a native speaker, this naturally poses no problem. Besides that, all my work in Dutch or English is always tailored to the client's specific requirements.
